A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and begin preparing it. You will receive a confirmation by email once we accept. We may refuse an order if an item is unavailable, if we cannot take payment, or if we are unable to prepare the order safely or on time. If we refuse an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full. Please check your order carefully before confirming. Once we have started preparing your food we cannot change it. 3. PRICES AND PAYMENT All prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. We accept debit and credit cards, and cash when you collect. Card payments are taken at the time you order. Cash is paid when you collect your food. Card payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card details. We try to keep the menu accurate, but if an item is priced incorrectly we will contact you before preparing your order and you may cancel it for a full refund. 4. COLLECTION We are a collection service. All orders are collected from our restaurant at 5-6 Stanford Square, Worthing BN11 3EZ. We do not deliver. We will tell you how long your order will take when you place it. Please collect within 30 minutes of that time so your food is at its best. We cannot guarantee the quality of food left uncollected beyond that. Fresh pizza, pasta and gelato are at their best straight away. Please plan your journey so you can collect promptly. 5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS You can cancel a card order for a full refund at any time before we start preparing it. Call us on 01903 898156 as soon as possible. Once preparation has started we cannot cancel or refund the order, because the food is made fresh to your order. The 14-day right to cancel that applies to most online purchases does not apply to freshly prepared food. This is set out in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exclude perishable goods and food supplied for immediate consumption. None of this affects your legal rights. If your food is incorrect, incomplete or not of satisfactory quality, tell us at the counter when you collect, or contact us the same day, and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund. Refunds are made to the payment method you used and usually reach you within 5 working days. 6. ALLERGENS AND FOOD SAFETY Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens and we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces of them. Cereals containing gluten are used throughout our kitchen. Our sourdough pizza bases and our pasta both contain wheat, and the same surfaces and equipment are used across the menu. Milk is used throughout our kitchen, including in our mozzarella, our sauces and our handmade gelato. Nuts are used on our premises, particularly in our desserts and gelato. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces of nuts, even where nuts are not in the recipe. We also handle eggs, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, celery, mustard, sesame, soya, lupin and sulphur dioxide. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please call us on 01903 898156 before ordering so we can tell you what is safe. Please do not rely on the menu description alone. 7. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable at the time you ordered. We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the food we supply. 9. YOUR INFORMATION We use the details you give us to take payment, prepare your order, and contact you about it. How we handle your information is explained on our Privacy Policy page. 10.
