Allergy information We provide allergen information by phone. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please call us on 01903 898156 before you order and we will talk you through exactly what is in the dish you want. Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens and cross-contamination is always possible. Cereals containing gluten are used throughout our kitchen. Our sourdough pizza bases and our pasta both contain wheat, and the same surfaces, ovens and equipment are used across the menu. Milk is used throughout our kitchen, including in our mozzarella, our sauces and our handmade gelato. Nuts are used on our premises, particularly in our desserts and gelato. We cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of nuts, even one without nuts in the recipe. We also handle eggs, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, celery, mustard, sesame, soya, lupin and sulphur dioxide. If your allergy is severe, please don't rely on the order notes box.
